OCR: Place Columns... (cont.) To place columns : Select Place Columns. from the PAGE menu. The Place Columns dialog box will appear Type in the number of columns (text frames) you want to create. Click or the Link Text Frames Together Check Box if you need linked text frames. Press TAB to move to the Column Separation Box. Type in new valu to make the space between columns different from that set in the Alignment Grid. Click on OK or press RETURN Publish It! Easy will create the new text frames according to the dialog box specifications. betweer
